While much of my work features bold colors, I’m also drawn strongly to neutral palettes and have explored one of my favorite combinations of black, white, gray and gold in the Physical Graffiti Series. The strong splatters and drips of alcohol ink layered over acrylic give this series a raw, exposed feeling that’s carried over into the matte finish on the panels. I named this series after Physical Graffiti by Led Zeppelin, an album I frequently play in my studio.
